Job Vacancy Announcement

Role: Pastor
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Dakar, Senegal
Contract Period: 4 Years with the possibility of extension.
Deadline: Midnight on 2nd March 2026 (GMT)

ICF Overview

Founded in 2004, International Christian Fellowship (ICF) is a vibrant, English-speaking non-denominational church serving the diplomatic, NGO, corporate, and missionary communities in Dakar. With a membership size of 150 – 200, our congregation is uniquely diverse, representing over 30 different countries and a vast array of church traditions.

Given the relatively short time that people typically spend in Dakar, and in light of our identity as part of ICF, the church’s focus over the past four years has been to disciple believers—placing primary emphasis on helping them enter more fully into all that Christ accomplished for us on the cross. This has meant inviting people into an ever-deepening experience of His forgiveness, cleansing, healing, and spiritual freedom.

All we undertake for God and His Kingdom must flow from a growing Christ-likeness, purity of heart, and a deepening intimacy with God. All our ministries are led by volunteers: from children’s programs (ages 2–18) to weekly Bible studies for men and women, a warm welcome ministry, monthly fellowship Sundays where we share food, vibrant worship teams, and our Soul Care Conference every two years. Together, we make our church dynamic, welcoming, and rooted in faith.

Consequently, our mission is helping people enter more fully into the work of the Cross by encouraging intimacy with God, life transformation, authentic community and sacrificial service before they are sent out to their next global posting.
